Memphemera - Terms

Overview

These terms and conditions apply to the Memphemera app ("Application") for mobile devices created by OgmaLabs, a trading name of Success Methods Limited (“Service Provider”).

By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these terms. Unauthorized copying, modifying, translating, reverse-engineering, or creating derivative works of the Application or its components is prohibited. All rights remain with the Service Provider.

The Application stores and processes data you provide using standard Apple services (e.g. iCloud, In‑App Purchases). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and access to the Application. Jailbreaking or rooting your device may compromise its functionality and security.

Some features of the Application require an active internet connection (e.g. iCloud sync, subscription validation). However, core functionality remains available offline. The Service Provider is not responsible for reduced functionality due to lack of connectivity or data limits.

If using the app over mobile data, you are responsible for any resulting charges. You must have permission from the bill payer if the device is not yours.

You are responsible for keeping your device charged. The Service Provider accepts no responsibility for service inaccessibility due to power loss.

While the Service Provider aims for accurate, timely updates, it relies on services provided by Apple (e.g. iCloud, App Store infrastructure) and accepts no liability for losses arising from reliance on app functionality or content.

The Service Provider may update or modify the Application and its features at any time. You are encouraged to install updates to ensure full functionality. If the Application is removed from the App Store or updates cease, this will not affect your existing license to use the installed version. Any new charges will be clearly communicated in advance.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Updates will be posted here. Continued use of the Application implies acceptance of any changes.
