Memphemera - Privacy

Overview

This privacy policy applies to the Memphemera app (“Application”), provided as a freemium service by OgmaLabs, a trading name of Success Methods Limited (“Service Provider”). This service is provided “AS IS”.

Information Collection and Use

The Application does not collect or transmit any personally identifiable information. No location data, contact information, device identifiers, analytics, or behavioral data is collected. Other than Apple services (e.g. iCloud, In‑App Purchases), no third-party services are used.

Data Retention and Deletion

All data remains on your device and in your private iCloud. You may delete your data within the app at any time, which removes it from both local and cloud storage. Uninstalling the app deletes all local data.

Children

This app does not knowingly collect data from children. The app is rated 17+ due to an embedded browser but is otherwise suitable for all ages. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact support@ogmalabs.com.

Security

Other than via Apple’s standard iCloud sync service, the Application does not collect or transmit your data. Your data remains on your device and within your private iCloud account; the Service Provider does not have access to it.

Changes

We may update this policy. Revisions will be posted with a new date. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
